Flat cover style. Cam timing positions: advance 0, 6.5, 12, 4, 10, 2, 7.5, retard: 0, 7.5, 2, 10, 4, 12, 6.5 degrees. 

Will not work with a factory roller cam.

 Not designed to work on engines with a knock sensor.

They are available in a flat-cover style, which uses a stock-type water pump, or an injected/blown style, which doesn't use a stock-type pump.
