Accufab developed the Four Barrel 5500 high flow throttle body to replace the 4500 for racing applications. 

Flow ratings are slightly more than the 4500 but less than the 6500. 

It is completely compatible with any 4500 style intake manifold and is a direct bolt-on. 

And like all of Accufab's Four Barrel throttle bodies, it features progressive linkage, making it usable as a street/strip unit for any big inch engines.
